Description
We are looking for a passionate and professional Facility Operations Officer to join our Facility Management team.


Based in Singapore and reporting into the Manager, Facility Management, the incumbent will plan, organise and execute the repair, maintenance and improvement programs at all SPPL properties with the objective of ensuring SPPL business operations continuity within corporate guidelines and budget.

What You'll Do

  • You will coordinate with the Managing Agent, vendors and various stake holders to plan and execute all A&A, repairs and maintenance works for assigned SPPL properties to ensure the business operations continuity.
  • You will liaise with Contract Management team for all the maintenance contracts matters within the Singapore Pools Building to ensure business operation continuity.
  • You will manage all contracts to achieve timely renewals and zero disruptions to services.
  • You will raise PRs and CPOs for FM related works.
  • You will perform GRN to manage invoices until payment with vendor.
  • You will manage of contract from preparation of tender/RFQ documents with correct specification and COC.
  • You will keep track of the tender/RFQ process throughout contracts award.
  • You will draft minutes, memos, contract variation, addendum, and letters for approval to appropriate AA per Finance DOA.
  • You will liaise with vendors and suppliers, check contract and service levels, review and evaluate vendor contracts.
  • You will plan, coordinate and carry out lifecycle management of critical infrastructure in Singapore Pools Building to ensure the operational continuity in the building.
  • You will scan, identify and develop relevant Smart FM, Green and Multimedia technologies for deployment within SPPL built environment to support the digitalisation of FM operations.
  • You will manage contracts through timely call for quotations, stringent review and evaluation of proposals to ensure getting the best value for all building services, maintenance and renovation works.
  • You will maintain currency on the various technical regulations stipulated by relevant authorities/governing bodies (e.g. BCA, SCDF) to ensure that SPPL properties do not breach safety regulations.

Who You Are

  • You have Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Estate Management, Mechanical Electrical Engineering, or any related diploma.
  • You should have minimum 3 years of related working experience.
  • You should have basic knowledge of M&E and Building Services.
  • You should have basic knowledge of the relevant code of practices, standards and legislations, operations and procedures.
  • You should be able to work in an adaptative teamwork environment and possess strong problemsolving skills.
  • You should have knowledge and experience in tenders and contracts management.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Software, and SAP.
