We are looking out for IBM PA Consultant who will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing using IBM Planning Analyst.

We are looking out for IBM PA Consultant who will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using IBM Planning Analytics & actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to user training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions using IBM Planning Analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with developers to provide guidance in performing the build and unit test of solutions.
• Develop test cases and test scripts for testing phases and provide fixes to defects raised during testing.
  Lead customer business-related activities such as requirement gathering, functional design, system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Advise clients on leading business solutions and best practices related to IBM Planning Analytics.
• Provide functional and technical design solutions based on client requirements.
• Perform solution build, application configuration, and unit testing based on requirements and design.
• Utilize Business Process Design and other related tools to support project success.
• Attend workshops, interact with clients, and actively listen to their needs to design effective solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics or related fields.
• Experience in techno-functional roles, understanding client requirements, and translating them into effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and workshop participation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
