Description
Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters- Ensure that all works carried out meet company's quality standards and requirements
- To be involved in manpower and machinery deployment
- Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- To coordinate with clients, subcontractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Support Project Manager and Engineers
- Control material wastage and manage workers on site
- Ensure project specifications are fulfilled & that company regulations are being adhered to
- Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
- Any other adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:

Registered Earthwork Supervisors preferred:

Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate:
-
Registered Earthworks Supervisor Certificate:
-
Core-trade Supervisor and/or Pavement Certificate will be an added advantage:
- Required Skill(s): Able to read drawings, communicate in simple English
- Organised, meticulous, responsible individual with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
- This position is applicable to both genders
