Client Service Associate (Healthcare Assistant)
- Working days : Mon-Fri: 10am6pm and Sat: 10am 4pm
- Salary : $2000$3000
- Location : Novena
Job Description:
- Making of outbound calls to patients and customers
- Attend to the clinic management system to ensure experience for customers are enhanced
- Assist with the issuance of invoice to customers and tallying of invoices at end of day & month
- Assist with the pharmaceutical duties and inventory management
- Assist with other admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Applicants to preferably possess a Diploma/Degree (any field)
- Interest in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word and Excel and Powerpoint etc
- Good communications and writing skills
- Social media content marketing is a plus though not mandatory
- Service oriented, responsible, fast learner and meticulous
- Ability to work independently as well as a team - and have a pleasant disposition
