About The Team
TikTok TRECO has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. It is becoming a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and the future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operation team. Together we can build LIVE traffic and ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.


Responsibilities:


  • Study and investigate monetizationrelated strategies for LIVE healthy growth.
  • Be responsible for communications between LIVE Product, Operations, TnS Policy, Legal, and Public Relations teams.
  • Draft operation guidelines for implementation and userfacing materials for crossfunctional partners and users.
  • Assess and resolve monetizationrelated case escalations, serving as a global point of contact.
  • Identify gaps and challenges, iterating policies to optimize product growth without compromising risks.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above in Law, Sociology, Political Science, Public Policy, Mass or Media Communications, Journalism, or other relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of work experience with background in Ads policy, policy enforcement, risk control, specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience
  • Comfortable with viewing LIVE content as a part of your daytoday work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in working with Product, R&D, data science, analysis, and other related fields
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • High energy with excellent communication skills. Good sense of responsibility, curious to learn, and loves Bytedance.
