Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the planning and execution of facility maintenance works and new installations. Ensure facility equipment and operations comply with the environmental, health & safety requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

Facilities Management, building and mechanical / electrical maintenance._
Lead a team of operators/contractors to manage day to day maintenance and functional operations of assigned building and the fire protection system equipment.
Ensure proper maintenance of assigned equipment and building to avoid downtime, such as electrical switch room equipment, air compressors, air dryers, HVAC equipment, fire protection equipment, and other facility equipment.
Troubleshoot all facility equipment issues and develop process controls for future prevention of system failures
Ensure that contractors perform their services per agreed KPIs.

Workplace Safety and Health and Environmental (WSH&E) Management

Oversee and lead the contractors in the implementation of company's safety systems.
Ensure Risk Assessments of facility operations are conducted per company requirements and local legislation.
Ensure site waste, energy and water management is handled in accordance with the company standards and local legislation standards.
Ensure execution of fire safety management in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
