Description

• Manage and coordinate endtoend logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and production, to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of products.
• Source, select, and negotiate contracts with logistics service providers, including carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses, to ensure costeffective and reliable logistics solutions.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation issues or delays that may arise.
• Implement and maintain appropriate inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce holding costs.
• Continuously analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding transportation, customs, and logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other business partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistics activities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Indepth knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Familiarity with local/international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
