Description
Responsibilities:
To assist the Administration Manager in all administration works. Help out with office administration functions such as housekeeping, ordering of office supplies. (e.g. stationery/name cards) Participate in routine and ad-hoc programs that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department in the site activities. Timely delivery, review and liaising with site construction on submission of reports. Organising company vehicles/drivers' schedules. Manage the control of documents stored in external storages, including daily in/out and disposal for the department. Support expatriates' related issue such as welfare/benefits in coordination with HR. Preparation and coordination of regional HR related documents for expatriates required. Arrange business itineraries, travel, visas, insurance, and accommodation. Coordinate and arrange guest visits such as hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, scheduling and arranging appointments with clients/ consultants.
Requirement :
Bachelor/Diploma qualifications. Must have minimunt 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Willing to work on site construction location. 5 Days workweek.
