System Engineer -L1
Number positions: 8 L1 ( perm Night or perm day shift ), 12Hr

Notes:
Shift allowance: Night $300

Working location Bedok

basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.

Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor all incident and service request in ITSM portal.
Timely escalation of incidents to meet SLA.
Alerts monitoring and escalations.
IT service management Process Knowledge.
Perform backup monitoring and escalations.
Perform Control-M batch job monitoring and escalations.
SAN and NAS monitoring and reporting.
Account Management for agencies.
Review of automated reports and escalation of incidents/issues to POCs.
Adhoc task based on operational/project requirement.
Able to work on 12hr shift pattern.

Education and Experience Required:
Diploma in Computer engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills:
Computer proficiency with server management (windows server, UNIX/Linux)
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Basic networking skills, SFTP, NAS, SMTP.
Knowledge of Applications such as IIS, WebLogic are recommended.
Data center knowledge
Experience in remote management.

Salary:
$2, $2,200.00 per month
