    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    We're currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team. In this role, you'll enable individuals with debt issues to receive advice and education on the best available solutions to resolve their debt problems and achieve debt resolution through a comprehensive range of programmes and services.

    Job Description:

    • Case manages clients under Debt Advisory Centre
    • Communicate effectively and work in close liaison with other organisations and programme volunteers
    • Provides advice on various schemes and/or financial assistance available to clients
    • Provides basic counselling to clients
    • Manages and updates clients' database

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Social Work/Social Service/Psychology or its equivalent
    • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
    • Strong administrative & communication skills
    • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or evenings

    *Those without above qualification but with experience in financial-related sector may also apply.
