- Case manages clients under Debt Advisory Centre
- Communicate effectively and work in close liaison with other organisations and programme volunteers
- Provides advice on various schemes and/or financial assistance available to clients
- Provides basic counselling to clients
- Manages and updates clients' database
- Degree in Social Work/Social Service/Psychology or its equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong administrative & communication skills
- Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or evenings
