    Our client, a premier regional institution within the insurance sector, is looking for a Cyber Security Solutions Manager to join their growing team here in Singapore. As a Cyber Security Solutions Manager, you will be at the forefront of the organization's cybersecurity initiatives, helping drive the strategic direction, managing stakeholders relationships and overseeing the delivery of the organization's cybersecurity roadmap.

    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to understand their cybersecurity needs and requirements.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for cybersecurity solutions tailored to the insurance sector.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cybersecurity projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and dependencies across different business units.
    • Collect and analyze data related to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents for risk management purposes.
    • Implement robust processes and procedures for risk assessment, mitigation, and response.
    • Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.
    • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the insurance sector.
    • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on cybersecurity performance, risk management, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience ( 5 years) in cybersecurity management, IT Security Project Management within the insurance sector or a similar industry.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBi
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity solutions.
    • Solid understanding of risk management principles and methodologies, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk dependencies.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are preferred
