Business Executive - Singapore - EASTERN GREEN MARKETING PTE. LTD.
Description
Organized and meticulous in preparing sales and purchases related documents (e.g., Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Sales invoices).- Coordinating incoming shipments and orders or any other matters with the suppliers and clients respectively on behalf of the managers
- Coordinating with warehouse personal, checking of goods quality and other related duties.
- Able to work in a cold warehouse environment from time to time.
- Working in a fast pace environment.
- Performing other tasks as given by the sales team and purchasing managers
- Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays 8.00am to 6.00pm
