About Intrepid
Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering bestinclass customer experience to both Intrepid's brand clients and end consumers with primary focus on ensuring smooth store operations
- Liaise closely with the brand management and customer experience (CX) teams on daily operational tasks related to the success of a brand's store on ecommerce marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada), including, but not limited to, support on order processing for brand clients
- Support on key ecommerce store management tasks including content upload & management, campaign execution and onsite platform tools optimization
- Provide adhoc support to CX teams, as required, on key performance metrics tracking and escalation management
Requirements:
- Understanding of how consumers make purchasing decisions in ecommerce and how/what to write accordingly
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Excellent time management and team management
- Strong analytical skills
- Thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
