- Support in the identification and development of core & technical competencies required for Active Aging Centre (AAC) staff & volunteers
- Assist in designing & develop an AAC Training Roadmap for staff & volunteers to meet current and emerging needs
- Work with the AICappointed Learning Institutes/Learning Partners to curate, maintain and update the repository of courses meant for AAC
- Work with AAC partners to conduct training needs analysis & propose training interventions to address skills gaps
- Perform Level 2 & 3 training evaluations to ensure training effectiveness
- Propose & implement learning strategies to promote justintime and continuous learning (e.g. workplace learning)
- Assist to expand Community Care Skills Standards Framework to include AAC competencies and set skills standards for the development of the AAC workforce in support of Healthier SG
- Assist in the conceptualisation and development of the microjob framework for the community care sector, which includes work relating to the mapping of the key partners for the microjob framework and identification of key sector enablers and support
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree with at least 3 years to 5 years of working experience in the learning & development functions of any of SkillsFuture Singapore's skills framework or prior experience in skills framework development or implementation
- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) certification is an added advantage
- Is a team player and a selfstarter with the resilience to thrive in a highly dynamic organization
- Has prior knowledge, skills and experience in the development or implementation of skills framework e.g. instructional design, curriculum development, supporting other relevant learning & development (L&D) responsibilities specific to a particular skills framework and/or skills framework skills/competencies development/enhancement
- Able to engage, communicate clearly and tactically with both external and internal stakeholders
- Meticulous and detailed, able to analyse data, provide conclusion and recommendation
- A selfstarter with strong learning ability, who is resilient, adaptable and able to manage change and ambiguity
