Job Responsibilities:
**Staff Loan Administration**
Oversee the entire staff loan administration process, including application, disbursement, and redemption.
Collaborate with vendors and IT to enhance systems and processes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Perform necessary loan reporting.
Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration across entities.
**Employee Share Plan Administration**
Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrollment exercise.
Assist with regulatory reporting and disclosures.
Administer ongoing ESPP tasks as a checker.
**Additional Responsibilities**
Process work injury compensation claims.
Handle benefits-related vendor bills/invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Support wellness initiatives and their implementation.
Participate in audits and due diligence activities.
Contribute to other projects (e.g., HCM) and daily activities within the benefits team.
Job Requirements:
Experienced Compensation and Benefits professional with a Bachelor's Degree.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior vendor management experience is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with excellent project management skills.
Meticulous, analytical, and numerate, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
