- Responsible for the overall Singapore digital traffic and sales / revenue growth. Able to define key success factors and performance metrics for all activities and analyse results in the context of driving overall business KPIs.
- Strategize and design digital marketing roadmaps and key digital campaigns (e.g. double-digit festivals) accounting for Social, SEM, SEO.
- Formulate mid-term, seasonal, monthly and weekly plans and strategies to achieve performance marketing KPIs
- Briefing creative requirements for paid media campaigns on (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc,.)
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure proper execution of paid media always-on and strategic campaigns.
- Preparing budgets and media briefs to agencies.
- Assist in managing and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Support recruitment of new affiliates and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Tracking and reporting of campaign performance across all paid media and performance marketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and provide learnings and insights for optimization.
- Analyse, review & reporting of channel performance, while leading initiatives to build and champion global best practices.
- Be part of the process to strictly adhere to online creative guidelines. Build, enhance and translate our brand identity to digestible consumer fronting content
- Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader business objectives.
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Affiliate Platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
- Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
