Job Summary


As a Product Owner of COMO Shambhala, you are a go-getter, an independent self-starter driving digital products with differentiated customer centric experiences.

You will be responsible for bringing innovation and pushing the boundaries by bringing in new ideas that take COMO Shambhala digital initiatives to our customers ensuring remarkable customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Close collaboration with the COO, Head of Product and the wider team to translate the product vision into executable digital initiatives (with Wellness and Lifestyle as the first and foremost business category) driven by business priority and see through the endto enddeployment of the product launches.
  • Lead and manage external tech vendors to translate business requirements into development work.
  • To create and maintain a prioritised product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent and clear for both internal and external stakeholders. Have a relentless nature to pursue all pending matters for signoff followed by execution.
  • To remain abreast of current industry trends and leverage on these market trends for customer research to design seamless customer journeys to increase conversion and transactions to generate additional revenue.
  • To lead and advocate an agile execution ensuring major milestones and business outcomes are met.
  • Manage and educate stakeholders on the feasibility of the product features from a technical standpoint.
  • Contribute and align to product pricing strategies with a wider team.
  • To participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and user experience validation such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation, closure and prepare daily summary reports.
  • To assist in preparation of training materials and conduct training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • To illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Illustrate and if needed, redesign the end to end customer journey for continuous improvement towards customer value.
  • Participate in strategy and budgeting work groups to innovate and strategise on product life cycle.
  • Have a positive attitude, willingness to challenge current processes with the focus of always creating the best outcome for our customers.
  • Familiar with digital and mobile trends/technologies development.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Possess a good degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Product Management.
  • Proven experience with a good digital product portfolio using Human-Centered Design Thinking, Systems and Process Driven Thinking.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience in managing software vendors for app/system enhancement and implementation.
  • Selfstarter who completes responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills to actively engage with crosscultural teams to understand customer needs, managing queries and feedback, etc.
  • Experience in using various tools such as SharePoint, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, etc.

Some good-to-have experiences and knowledge:


  • EU GDPR guidelines you do not need to be a Practitioner, however, having a good sense of EU GDPR and/or working on projects with those requirements will be helpful.
  • Working on projects that are dependent on data & analytics to shape user experiences.
