Project & Events Executives:


The project and event executives work closely with the team and support the manager in handling the planning and execution of different events, from the point of conception of the event to its successful completion.

His/her job description entails overseeing the successful execution of ordered event projects with supporting roles as determined by the team lead.

The process entails from the point of identifying opportunities to the point of completion of orders and generating invoices.

It also involves providing assistance in enhancing existing relationship with clients through consistent dialogues and ensuring the successful completion of ordered event projects to clients' objectives.


He or she must have very keen interest in the industry and perhaps possible stints as an intern or have part-timed in the industry before.

In addition, he or she must also have good planning and coordinating capabilities in ensuring the support and role assigned is adequately met in meeting event datelines and deliverables.


Major duties but not limited as follows:

  • Conceptualize and plan an event working in tandem with team members
  • Venue and vendors coordination
  • Negotiate costs with clients and vendors and support team with event administration and finance duties
  • Ensure vendors deliver on their services as agreed
  • Help with logistic transportation, catering, entertainment, decoration, registration & marketing, etc.
  • Ensure strict adherence to budget as agreed with the client
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless delivery
  • Develop and maintain client relationship
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure that an event is successfully held without hitches
