Description
**Account and Admin AssistantResponsibilities:
Responsible for performing day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth operation and control of financial processes
- Book-Keeping/ Account Payable
- Preparation of Audit Schedule
- Maintenance of good filing system
- Reconcile inventory listings
- Recording and maintaining inventory listing in Microsoft Excel
- Periodic inventory count and stock take
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Adhoc additional accounting and administrative duties as required etc.
Requirements:
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with local financial statutory requirements
- Positive work attitude, selfstarter and able to work independently
