Description

As a Program Manager, responsible for technical delivery of projects spanning multiple upstream and downstream applications.

Participate in Requirements Review, assess changes and impact to timeline & cost

Coordinate preparation of project plan for ITC, reporting to senior Management

Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations and co-ordinate execution by respective application teams

Manage project Business and Technology stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects.

Implement strategies to minimize potential project delays or issues.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.

Participate in customer meetings to resolve ongoing issues and newly added features

Prepare the Impact analysis of the requirement and provide the best solutions

Understand of the existing system and identify the constraints to provide the best solution for new requirements

Discuss with client management for obtaining the requirements and be involved in preparation of user requirements and specifications

Analyze information and produce precise custom design specifications

Represent the department on cross functional teams and mentor existing team
