    Roles &
    Responsibilities

    • Assist with day-to-day
      operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Provide clerical and
      administrative support to Human Resources Executives
    • Compile and update employee
      records (hard and soft copies)
    • Maintain and update
      employees' records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training
      records, etc
    • Process documentation and
      prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,
      training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    • Coordinate HR projects
      (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    • Deal with employee requests
      regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Assist our HR recruiters to
      source candidates and update our database
    • Coordinate communication
      with candidates and schedule interviews
    • Assist in processing work
      passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up
      arrangement.
    • Preparation of HR-related
      documentation.
    • Assist in onboarding and
      offboarding matters
    • Other ad-hoc duties and
      admin jobs by management assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR
      Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human
      resources/administrative position
    • Proficiency in Microsoft
      Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Basic knowledge of MOM
      labor laws
    • Excellent organizational
      skills
    • Strong communications
      skills
    • Minimum N' Level/ O'
      Level/Diploma qualifications
    • Minimum 1-year of working
      experience
    • Knowledge of Infotech
      system data entry will be an advantage
