About our client

Our client is a diversified conglomerate and they are looking for a visionary leader to serve as Managing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Managing Director


Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Group;

Oversee the day-to-day operations and have Profit & Loss responsibilities;

Responsible for driving customer service, team member engagement, and revenue;

Oversee all aspects of operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services;

Formulate sales plans, set sales targets, and oversee the team to achieve expected sales performance;

Lead and manage a team of managers and staff members;

Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration and innovation;

Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards;

Identify, grows, and manage key account relationships;

Performs other related duties to benefit the business of the organization


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, related field;

Minimum 10 to 12 years of senior management experience, sales and marketing management, or related industry, with at least 5 years in Sales leadership role,

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive market environment;

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision makers;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues;

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs;

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Stay at the forefront of industry trends providing strategic guidance for continuous improvement.
