Description

1. Oversees tiling projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Includes coordinating the work of subordinates, scheduling tasks, ordering materials, inspecting work for quality and adherence to specifications, and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project.

2. ⁠Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on the project's progress.

3. ⁠Training new workers by teaching them how to properly measure and cut tiles, prepare surfaces, apply adhesive, set tiles, and grout. It also includes demonstrating safety procedures, such as handling tools and materials safely, and providing guidance on maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the tiling process.

4. ⁠Additionally, providing ongoing feedback and support to help new workers develop their skills that is essential for their growth and success in the role.
