PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd)Import/Export & Customs (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position ofRESPONSIBILITIESProcessing of Customers/Suppliers orders, Monitoring/Tracking of Orders & ShipmentsReview Customer Purchase Order to ensure orders are correctly entered in SAP system including but not limited to Sales and Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders and Debit/Credit NotesPrepare and manage shipping documents ensuring compliance with import and export regulationsCoordinating and handling of customer requirement and enquiriesCorrespond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo deliveryIn charge of the full spectrum of Import/Export shipping documentation based on L/C negotiations, Invoicing, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance CertificatesPreparing Payment Instructions to Accounts and monitor account receivable/payable for each CustomerOrder fulfilment task such as Receiving, Picking/Packing and Delivery of Orders/SamplesMaintenance of inventory Stock accuracy through regular cycle countsCompilation and filing of shipping documents for Audit complianceOther ad hoc tasks assigned by managementREQUIREMENTSKnowledge of INCOTERMS and SAP ERP System is advantageousHandle import and export shipping documentAt least 2 years working experience in the similar role
