Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Coordinator
< Job description>
・Work as a sales coordinator in Singapore.
・Input customer's PO in our buying systems by GOOSS (SANYO DENKI original tool)
・Input customer's PO in our selling systems by ERP.
・Adjust delivery schedule with factory staff and customer.
・Send Invoice and packing list to customers.
・Inventory control and stock movement analysis
・India office support(Create invoice and PL.)
・Support the other sales coordinators if necessary.
・Make sales result report, stock qty report, Profit analysis and so on.
・Job volume may increase once he/she will accustom to do.
・Warehouse experience
< Requirement>
・Diploma/Degree in logistic or equivalent
・Possesses MIRCOSOFT knowledge preferred
・Experience in NAV /ERP / MRP / Inventory management system.
・Shipping Experiences in manufacturing industries
・A good knowledge in shipping terms
・Language: English, Mandarin and Japanese (Japanese will be an advantage)
・Budget: 2.8K – 3.2K
