    Roles & Responsibilities

    CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATOR

    $2,200 - $3,200

    Roles And Responsibilities:

    • Manage centre's enrolment, sales and fees collection
    • Update and maintain regular and accurate records
    • Attend to parent enquiries (phone calls, emails, face-to-face)
    • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
    • Assist the Supervisor in ensuring all administrative work is completed
    • Assist in the centre's operational needs when assigned
    • Assist in the planning/organising/execution of school events

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'O' Level
    • Prior administrative or industry experience would be advantageous
    • Strong communication & customer service skills
    • Able to work well independently as well as in a team
