Working at high-end concept of Yakiniku restaurant

  • Prepare ingredients such as portion, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats
  • Cooking some side dishes and decorating food on the dishes following Head Chef / Sous Chef's instructions
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, devices in clean condition under above standards
  • Managing inventories & equipment within the kitchen area by following Head Chef / Sous Chef 's instructions
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of working experience in kitchen (preferably in restaurant setting)
  • Japanese Grilling (Yakiniku) experience is preferred, but not a must
  • Good kitchen knife skills especially in cutting beef meat
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
  • Passionate and teamworking character with good interpersonal and communication skills
