Description
Working at high-end concept of Yakiniku restaurant- Prepare ingredients such as portion, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats
- Cooking some side dishes and decorating food on the dishes following Head Chef / Sous Chef's instructions
- Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, devices in clean condition under above standards
- Managing inventories & equipment within the kitchen area by following Head Chef / Sous Chef 's instructions
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in kitchen (preferably in restaurant setting)
- Japanese Grilling (Yakiniku) experience is preferred, but not a must
- Good kitchen knife skills especially in cutting beef meat
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- Passionate and teamworking character with good interpersonal and communication skills
