Our client is a well established Retail firm and we are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing business performance. You'll be responsible for preparing monthly reports that identify trends and variances across key performance indicators, including revenue, costs, and capital expenditures. Attending monthly operational meetings, you'll provide valuable support in resolving financial matters and assist in coordinating the annual budget exercise and quarterly forecasts. Your role will involve conducting benchmarking exercises to assess operational and financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with Business Unit heads, you'll assist in ad-hoc data mining and financial analysis requests, as well as regular reviews of costing and Bill of Materials. Additionally, you'll contribute to improvement initiatives such as developing performance analytics systems and enhancing cost tracking and analysis. The ideal candidate is one who is adaptable, independent and able to work with different stakeholders.

Skills and experience required

A recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience. Candidates coming from retail related industries with SAP experience would be highly advantageous.
