COMMUNITY MANAGER / CONTENT STRATEGIST

Boutique marketing agency, SingaporeOur client is an integrated marketing agency that provides a wide range of services - from social media, experiential marketing, retail, content development, branding and packaging design; for an exciting mix of clients within the beauty, FMCG and luxury sectors.


They are currently looking for a Community Manager / Content Strategist, to come up with social media campaigns, write social copy and help to manage communities through various social platforms.

The role can be flexible, depending on the person's strengths and career goals.

You'll initially spend most of your time working on a well-known FMCG brand, with the opportunity to work on other brands.


What you'll be doing:


  • Helping to ideate and execute social campaigns
  • Engaging with communities across various social platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit and Facebook
  • Updating users with new features, starting conversations and providing customer service to the community

What you bring:


  • At least 2 years of experience working in community and social media management
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms
  • Experience doing content strategy, coming up with ideas for copy and executing these
  • Experience working in a smaller agency or the desire to work in one you're excited by the idea of wearing multiple hats
