  • About the role - you will:

  • Lead Global Training Programs: Drive the end-to-end rollout of global training initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and strategic priorities. Coordinate with international teams to adapt and implement programs across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Spearhead the development and curation of engaging learning content, utilizing various formats and delivery methods to cater to the diverse needs of our global workforce. Stay abreast of the latest trends in educational technology and adult learning to create impactful learning experiences.
  • Programme Evaluation: Design and implement robust evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives. Utilize After Action Reviews (AAR) and other evaluation tools to gather feedback, make informed decisions, and continually refine training strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, department heads, and global teams, to identify training needs and gaps. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and analysis to inform the development of targeted learning solutions.
  • Logistics Management: Manage all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management. Ensure the seamless execution of training activities, from planning through to implementation and follow-up.
  • About you:

  • Motivated and have relevant experience in Learning and Development to lead the end-to-end rollout of our global training programs.
  • Experience in spearheading content creation initiatives, evaluating program effectiveness, and liaising with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for learning and development, who can manage program logistics and contribute to our organization's success by developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that align with our strategic priorities.
  • Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
  • Experience in Learning and Development, Training, or a related field, preferably with a focus on global or multicultural program management.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms, along with familiarity with the latest educational technologies and learning methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with individuals at all levels of the organization, including cross-functional and international teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a focus on delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
