    Roles & Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To manage price quotation, order fulfillment, backorder/backlog management for SEA countries
    • Provide quotation to customer according to agreed price model
    • Ensure order fulfillment within required timing, invoice issued timely and manage AR aging
    • Manage backorders/order backlog closely by working with part supply planners/logistic team
    • Engage with customer in issue/discrepancy escalation and resolution
    • Maintain excellent customer relations and upkeep KPI standard
    • Conduct internal process audit and ensure compliance
    • Other duties as and when assigned

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree holders
    • At least 3 years supply order fulfillment experience
    • Strong people management and communication skills
    • Knowledgeable in computer spare parts supply chain
    • Proficient in English
    • Able to speak Mandarin in order to communicate with mandarin speaking vendors and customers will be an advantage
    • Have initiative and be able to work independently in a fast pace environment
    • Preferably with SAP knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
