**Operations Assistant (Hospitality, Coliving)

We are looking for someone who has strong passion on building relationships with people and is capable with efficiently supporting day-to-day operations of the business in the industry at COMFYROOMS.


Job Responsibility:


  • Coordinate and schedule handyworks for the maintenance and repair of our coliving spaces
  • Respond to tenants' requests for maintenance and repair and ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Manage and track maintenance requests and progress using our internal systems
  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure that they are in good condition and make recommendations for any necessary repairs or renovations
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and coordinate repairs as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and handle any questions or concerns they may have
  • Ensure that all relevant health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Perform other property coordination tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Able to commit on 5.

5 working days:

Monday to Saturday:
10am to 7pm

Saturday: 10am to 3pm
