Description

Responsibilities:

  • Experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing infrastructure and/or EPC contracts, eg. CAPEX expansion
  • Able to advise on turnkey infrastructure projects
  • Liaise with internal and external counsel on dispute management (both litigation and arbitration)
  • Formulate internal legal policies and conduct training for staff on a needs basis

Requirements:

  • LL.B. from recognised university, called to Singapore bar
  • 610 PQE, with good experience working on EPC/infrastructure legal matters
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Experience working on regional matters, or on crossborder transactions with foreign counsel
