We aim to provide our multinational clients with the most competitive and reliable supply of quality marine fuels. Our key competency lies in our ability to retain full control over the entire bunker delivery process as we manage our own fleet of bunker tankers. Other than being an established bunker supplier, the Company also owns and operates floating storage units (FSUs), manages our in house IT & Technology team, agency department, and is in the chartering business.

The Program

The Management Trainee Program is a 2 years program.

During the 2 years period, you will be rotated across the 2 key departments in the Company, namely the commercial and ship management departments. The breadth and depth of job exposure will accelerate your development as a fresh graduate/young working adult to a well rounded professional.

You will be attached with the relevant department heads at the assigned department and work closely with all levels of employees in the Company.

This program is administered by the Human Resource Department.

Key Aspects:

1. 1 year full exposure to the Ship Operations Department (includes Marine & Safety, Crewing, Purchasing and Technical Department), and another year attachment to Commercial Department (includes marketing, credit risk and compliance, operations) – Period may be slightly adjusted depending on the individual candidate

2. Understanding the nature and daily job function of each department and how it contributes to the business operations and growth

3. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team with diverse cultures and in a fast paced environment

4. Prepare and present reports, quotations, documents, agreements and marketing materials etc

5. Ability to organize meetings, attend and take notes, and follow up with outstanding items

6. Support the assigned department in daily paperwork and admin support

7. Any other tasks as assigned

At the end of the 2 year program, you may be promoted to a Senior Executive position depending on your performance demonstrated during the program. Your performance and achievements will be reviewed and will determine your next steps for your career.

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Nautical, Engineering or any related discipline

· Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience

· Singaporean or Singapore PR

· Young, dynamic, passionate individual

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Adaptable and Committed, IT proficient
