Participating in all hardware/firmware design projects

  • Providing general & technical support and assistance such as troubleshooting technical issues, both remotely and onsite, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform system diagnostics, identify root causes of technical problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Performing maintenance & upgrades for customers' system
  • Providing internal support for customer service and operations

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automation/Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/related area
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills
  • Critical thinking & problemsolving skills
  • Fast learner and can work under pressure
- min 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware / firmware design
