Your Role :Your primary objective is to co-create + deliver against our Europe/MEA trade strategy by driving growth through country sea logistics development + pricing teams.

Your Responsibilities:

To undertake the responsibility of establishing + driving the route specific growth strategies.
To engage + build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to the sales, vertical

heads, CCL, OCC, pricing + trade management teams at regional + country level.

To identify + qualify prospects + create + execute against SMART (joint) pursuit plans in collaboration with

all relevant stakeholders.

To drive countrytocountry development, pipeline management reviews + acting as escalation point to close

business.

To provide support to sales, trade + pricing throughout the RFQ as well as shortterm pricing process.
To ensure data completeness, consistency + competitiveness of RFQ submissions.
To conduct analysis + drive rate revisions based on customer feedback to ensure premier offers are prepared based on different pricing scenarios.
To conduct evaluation on pricing effectiveness + enhancing pricing guidelines.
To develop / improve pricing models that will optimize the pricing + tender management process to deliver

customer experience excellence.
