Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to select products that meet customers' demands and uphold retail center's image
  • Maintain cost control while selecting products
  • Promote retail center to achieve profitability objectives
  • Acquire new walkin customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for existing customers
  • Supervise workshop operations for efficient operations and improving service standards and customer experiences
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to boost customer awareness and sales

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, although understanding of home interiors and design is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible to work 5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays
  • Working location is at Tagore
