- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiar with budget planning, book keeping, human resource support functions and work pass application procedure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Outlook).
- Good communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task

Salary: $3500 - $4500
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the administration department.
Maintain an efficient office support system for the whole business operation.
Co-ordinate with vendors, subcontractors and operation teams
Work with the accounting and management teams to monitor spending, process payroll and manage expenses.
Plan, schedule office events, including organizing meetings, interviews, staff orientations, and training sessions.
Manage internal and external communications including email and telephone calls.
Maintain employee records and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Apply for government permits, work passes and renew licenses.
Handle employee relation issues.
