Responsibilities:

Coordinate with project manager, team and consultants to produce high quality design & construction documents
Mockup and organise design drawing set
Prepare architectural and structural details
2D & 3D drafting
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
Plans concept by studying information and materials.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout regarding arrangement, size, type size and style,
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
Prepares finished design layout through review process with supervisor.
Completes projects by coordinating with other team members, utilizing previous knowledge
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Selfmotivated, ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment.
Undertake ad hoc projects from time to time when required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
Experience in related fields
At least 2 years of experience working in a design design/agency or related
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign
Keen interest in Architecture, Furniture, Lifestyle and/or eCommerce
Selfmotivated, ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
A highly motivated and independent thinker who is willing to work collaboratively with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under critical pressure
Demonstrate clear and concise communication, organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects
Experience bringing projects from concept to execution.
