    Roles & Responsibilities

    About the Opportunity

    In this role, the successful incumbent will provide support, direction, and oversight of the day-to-day operations ensuring the operational performance of the clinic and delivery of high-quality service at our My Family Clinic branches.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing staff rosters, resource planning and slots management.
    • Train and guide junior staff on daily operations, safety procedures and customer service standards to ensure that they can perform efficiently.
    • Oversee the clinic's finance and administration matters including ensuring files and information are organized and petty cash, billings and cash are accounted for and updated to the relevant department.
    • Perform frontline services, clinical support and any operational duties during peak hours or when there is a shortage of manpower.
    • Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness.
    • Manage medication, consumables and equipment inventories including ordering and conducting inventory checks.
    • Manage telemedicine duties when required.
    • Review and improve existing workflow and drive new policies and procedures in the clinic.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    What We Are Looking for

    • NITEC/Higher Nitec/GCE 'N' or 'O' level, with 3 years' experience in outpatient GP Clinic and with Supervisory/management experience.
    • Advanced knowledge in relevant Government and Insurance schemes and subsidies.
    • Strong knowledge on MOH regulatory requirements for GP Clinic, insurance providers program and process.
    • Able to supervise, motivate and lead your team effectively.
    • Proven ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver high-quality customer-focused service.
    • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiar with clinic management application.
    • Ability to commit to 40 hours' work week based on GP Clinic's operating hours.
