The Role

  • Perform and assist in executing plant operation and maintenance work
  • Perform daily monitoring and logging via checklist for facilities equipment performance.
  • Ensure Facilities system are kept
  • Carry out daily walkthrough plant inspection
  • Perform troubleshoot and minor repair work on equipment breakdown
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance services and vendor management
  • Assist Engineer to ensure efficient use of utilities resources and tracking
  • Perform building maintenance and repair works
  • Support the Engineer in maintaining proper documentation.
  • Upkeep ISO standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Carry out any other adhoc tasks assigned by the engineer
  • Support and maintain HSErelated items
  • Perform and ensure internal preventive maintenance 100 % completion
  • Perform Facilities Job requests from endusers.
  • Ensure efficient use of utility services.
  • Responsible to carry out ISO operating procedures to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Perform good upkeeping of Facilities Issue and Defect Tracking file
About You

  • Technical Diploma or any equivalent discipline
  • Relevant 5 years of Facilities experience
  • Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel proficiency
  • Basic Chiller, Dehumidifier, Boiler, ACMV, CDA, BMS & Process exhaust knowledge
  • Comfortable to be based in Pioneer/Tuas and perform shift work (12hour)
  • Physically abled
  • Work-AtHeight certified would be preferred
  • Can work independently or as part of a team
  • Displays a high level of commitment to responsibilities.
  • Handson experience in daytoday operation and maintenance is essential
