Position Summary:


  • Responsible for building marketing, client & communication strategies of Piaget in SEAO region supporting business objectives as well as longterm brand building
  • Overseeing 5 key Client Engagement touchpoints: Communication (Digital, media & PR), Client, Ebusiness, Visual Merchandising & Events.
  • Key missions includes:
- developing Marketing programs leveraging competitive analysis & market intelligence,
- maximising communications investments with a specific focus on digital channels,
- developing client experiences to drive recruitment and retention,
- accelerating ecommerce,
- strengthening product strategic development,
- while ensuring close monitoring of A&P budgets.

  • An innovative marketing leader with a strong strategic, clientcentric and digital mindset with track record of brand building and/or brand repositioning.
  • Ideally luxury industry background, with local market understanding and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Detailed responsibilities:


  • Defines local Marketing, Client and Communication strategy in line with international guidelines ensuring the specific adaptation to local context and challenges.
  • Develop and execute highly effective 360 Marketing plans, with the objective to increase the Maison awareness and strengthen the Maison reputation.
  • Manages A&P budget with the responsibility to optimize its mix and split, to drive higher revenue for the organization.
  • Communication (Digital, media & PR): implements the Maison image and guidelines through media & PR plans definition. Interacts with local press & influencers. Is responsible for the ROI on communication tools through performance monitoring tools and competitors analysis.
  • Ebusiness: responsible for Singapore and Australia ecommerce website. Establish together with Regional & HQ teams action plans to develop sales and ensure strong visibility of ecommerce platform.
  • Event: responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership of all aspects of event planning and production (inboutique as well as external events). Ensure all aspects of the events are delivered on time an onbudget, with highquality and flawless execution.
  • Visual Merchandising: responsible for elevating brand equity and positioning through unique and inspiring visual display and creative elements for windows, interiors, event spaces/ promotion areas, special projects and inboutique animations.

CRM:
create and implement focused and measurable Client marketing strategies, focusing on long-term consumer engagement.

  • Marketing : accountable for local product strategy, with a focus on local actions to support Sales Staff and develop turnover.
  • Work closely with the Commercial & Operations teams, as well HQ Marketing, Client and communications teams.
  • Oversee a team of 5 people: designs the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline in his/her organization. Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development (career committees, midvear discussions, training & development plans), motivates and reinforces engagement.
