children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role

THKMC is a forward-looking Social Service Agency that is currently undergoing transformation - where technology and digitalization are the strategic enablers.

We are partnering technology partners to drive Artificial Intelligence in Behaviour Analysis for Early Intervention, Internet of Things (IoTs) involving sensors and mobile devices, Learning & Training Management solutions, Data Analytics & Digital Dashboarding, Information Security Management, Volunteerism Management solution, Multi-Cloud Management and Network & Infrastructure modernization.

We believe digital and technology adoption will drive productivity and positive client experience; for the benefit of our 50,000 beneficiaries.

As the Network Engineer, you shall provide technical support for internal stakeholders experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues, either on-site or remotely to assist with network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design new network, plan, manage IP addressing and improve on existing network architecture
Administer, monitor, maintain and optimise WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi networks for optimal performance and maximum availability
Ensure all Network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) remains in good working condition
Configure, troubleshoot and resolve any issues within network and security areas, including performance (packet drops and network latency issues) and capacity issues
Prepare & update all network documentation, configuration, firmware, network diagrams and to ensure all projects deliverables are tracked and recorded
Manage IT network infrastructure, IT assets inventory, software licenses & maintenance contracts
Responsible for system configuration, OS patches and updates
Perform regular check for security breaches, updates on firewall, antivirus and endpoint security systems
Perform vulnerability assessment and resolve findings in the host vulnerability assessment, plan and implement remediation
Ensure IT and network security complies with corporate IT and security policies
Travel to various sites in Singapore during or after office hours to troubleshoot networking issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Computer System & Networks/IT discipline
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Network Engineer
Possess CCNA, CCNP Professional qualification or equivalent networking certification
Familiar with Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Juniper Firewalls
Experience with
Network technologies (Cisco, HPE, etc)
MacOS, iOS, Android and
Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Unix system
Ability to work well independently, good communication skills and a good team player
Resourceful, selfmotivated, proactive, organized and adaptable to fast changes
Prioritize tasks effectively and able to work well under pressure
Good Wi-Fi knowledge and Cloud networking knowledge in Azure or AWS would be advantage
