Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of alive centres
Ensure that the district's educational programs meet standards
Hire and evaluate staff
Foster positive relationships with community members, parents, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all SOPs and systems
Provide leadership and support at centres
Monitor and assess the effectiveness thru centre evaluation

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in education or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in education leadership and administration, preferably in a superintendent role
Strong knowledge of educational policies, practices, and trends
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing budgets and financial resources
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
