Hiring for our client , one of the leading and fastest growing IT services organization . They have presence in more than 70 countries and an ASEAN footprint of over 2 decades with 4k+ employees in the region.

Level : Director / Senior Director

Location and Region: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur - ASEAN

Industry focus: Banking , Financial Services and Insurance

Role & Responsibilities :As an enterprise architect you are responsible for the design of one or more applications or services and are typically part of a solution development team. You must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills, and will often work with technical architects for strategic direction.

Our clients' solutions are typically a combination of Digital, BPO, applications development, applications management and infrastructure services. You are required to perform the role of a trusted technology advisor / Enterprise Solution Architect. You are :

Expected to drive large transformation programs - specifically platform driven /enabled transformation programs
Expected to evolve a conceptual solution and provide directions to stitch together the independent solution streams .
Expected to work with the client and other technology architects deriving from a business need.
Be integral part of pursuits and bring in an architects view .

Requirements

Requirement :

5+ years as Enterprise Solution Architect (advantage if its at a leading data management/ consulting firm) - with an overall of 12 plus years of relevant technical experience
Excellent understanding of the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) as a whole - for large transformtional deals
Must have significant experience in the ASEAN region as an enterprise architect
Familiarity and hands on experience with most technology clusters - MS, UBM, Java, Oracle, ERP, Open standards / TOGAF / industry standard frameworks and various common cloud platforms
Familiar with the latest trends and common solutions on Data Management & Analytics, AI, Blockchain, IOT, Digital Engineering principles
Ability to have conversations and present propositions to the CXO group and carry the relationship along driven by content
Outstanding EQ and communications capabilities (oral and written)
Prior PreSales expereince (good to have)
