Job Responsibilities

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service; Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations; Maintaining personal and productivity goals; Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs; Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs; Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends; Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment; Keen sense of business acumen, excellence in critical thinking and analytical skills; Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills; Strategic player, driven and ambitious in delivery of results; Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement
Fresh Graduate with less than 1 year of work experience; A Bachelor Degree on track to a minimum of Second Upper Honors or equivalent; Sales-driven and results-oriented Strong passion for customer service Relevant experience in the retail industry Good interpersonal and communication skills Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
