- The Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator (and/or delegate) is responsible for the development and accreditation of the various elements of the client's Management System to support continuous improvement in service and quality business performance.
- Within the Management System framework, the HSEQ Coordinator (and/or delegate) is responsible for overseeing the Work Safe and Occupational Health & Safety legislation and coordinating client feedback processes of the organisation, including the development of the Quality Assurance Systems relating to all aspects of the organisation.
- Ensure all records and documentation are up-to-date with legal compliance requirements relevant to State and Federal legislation
- Ensure the development of both short and long term strategic plans for the protection of both company personnel and property are in place and activated at all work sites
- Ensure that the company quality management system is maintained and enforced by ensuring full compliance by all company employees and contractors
- Preparation of reports (Audit Reports, Sweep Check Reports, Audit Checklist, Audit Plan)
- Perform Risk Analysis
- Compliance Audit
- Conducts verification of product/services, payroll & timekeeping, pre-audit and post-audit of Account Payable
- Conducts process mapping
- Internal Auditor's role in Risk, Control and Governance
- Internal Audit and ISO Standards (9001:2008 TO 2015)
- ISO 27001:2013/ISMS Standards
- Risk Assessment
- GTO Governance and Administration
- Must have experience in Internal Auditing and Process improvement.
- Experience in Australian business is an advantage.
- Candidates to this role should have Microsoft Teams, with back up internet connection and someone who will be comfortable working while on open camera on Teams throughout their shift schedule if needed,
- Must have processor Intel iCore 5 or higher, Ryzen 5 or higher. 8GB RAM or higher.
- Microsoft Office installed.
