Jobscope:


  • Performs batch / unit or ancillary operations safely and efficiently following standard operating procedures and as necessary, leads technicians in unit operations.
  • Performs materials handling and movement using handpallet trucks, reach truck or other material handling equipment in a safe manner, following standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures that batch and operating log sheets are correctly recorded and complied.
  • Inspects and maintains housekeeping of his assigned area for clean and safe working conditions as well as ensuring that personal protection equipment, safety and firefighting equipment are maintained ready for use.
  • Carries out fire fighting / firstaid duties as assigned and trained.
  • Perform plant trouble shooting using appropriate problem solving tool to minimize plant stoppages and safety or quality incidents. Raise improvement ideas and implement initiatives to support department objectives.

Requirements:


  • Diploma certificate from Polytechnic
  • Holder of ITC / NTC 2 or NTC 3 with some experience in related field
  • Min. 12 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with good manufacturing practices (GMP), safety procedures and trouble shooting skills
  • Basic awareness of industrial standards
  • Good knowledge in maintenance and operating principles of production and utility equipment.
  • Correct documentation errors in accordance to existing procedures
  • Able to commit shift and 1 year contract
