Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily and provides more than 16 million meals annually to various commercial and governmental organisations.

Our service also includes onsite kitchen management for various business sectors.


DESIGNATION :
Assistant Sous Chef (Indian Cuisine)


RESPONSIBILITIES

Working Location :
Pulau Tekong (East) - Army Camp

Working day : 5 days work per week

Basic Salary :
$2,600- $3,300 / mth

  • Reporting level: Operations Manager, Area Manager, Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef
  • Prepares monthly profit & loss summary report and ensures individual kitchencosts are accurately accounted accurately.
  • Overall Responsible & maintains daytoday operations of kitchen's food quality, proper housekeeping & highest food safety standard, cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Receives, checks & acknowledges delivery orders, summary and any other reports to be forwarded to Operations Executive
  • Guides Junior Sous Chefs, Cooks and Commis Cook to work independently in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge on the Indian food ethics with at least 23 years of specialized cooking skills in Indian Cuisine and ability to manage team member.
  • Proactive and able to execute job tasks independently.
