Description
**Our client is a Singapore based company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service and Technical Engineer to join their Service Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.

Duties of Service and Technical Engineer:

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of specialized laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
  • Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.

Requirements:


  • Minimum NITEC in relevant field
  • Service and Maintenance experience is an added advantage
  • No experience needed and training will be provided
